Meagan Pearson is a Florida estate planning attorney who believes that the law, practiced well, is a form of art. Every plan she builds is a reflection of that belief: carefully crafted, deeply personal, and designed to function exactly the way her client needs it to. Her approach is client-led. Meagan often describes her role as sitting in the passenger seat; her clients decide where they are going, and she holds the map, making sure they never miss the exit. That means she listens first, educates throughout, and never hands someone a stack of documents without making sure they understand and trust every page.
Meagan's practice spans wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, guardianship planning, and special needs planning.
